Digital Products (Wallpapers & Downloads)
All wallpapers and downloadable items sold on NYD Visuals are digital products.
Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Once your order is completed and the download files are delivered (via checkout page and email), we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Please make sure to review your order carefully before purchasing.
Instant Delivery
All digital items are delivered instantly after checkout.
If you do not see your files, please:

We are happy to help and can resend your files anytime.
If You Experience File Issues
We will assist you if:

the file is incorrect
-
the file cannot be opened
-
you need help using the live wallpaper on iPhone or Android

EU Customers — Digital Content Notice
Under EU law, digital content delivered immediately and not supplied on a physical medium is not eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period once the customer agrees to instant delivery.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to:

immediate access to your digital downloads, and

waiving your right to withdraw under EU consumer regulations.
Physical Products (Merchandise)
NYD Visuals offers a 7-day return policy for eligible physical products (such as merchandise or accessories).
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

unused and in the same condition you received it

in its original packaging
-
with all tags included
-
with proof of purchase

Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping for Physical Items
If your return is approved, we will provide:

Non-Returnable Physical Items
We do not accept returns for the following physical items:

custom or personalized items

items sold as final sale

gift cards

damaged items not caused by shipping

Damaged or Wrong Physical Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your physical item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds for Physical Products
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund status.
If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
